A 15-year-old molasses rum from Venezuela's Destileria Sofa, distilled in 2007 and aged entirely in tropical conditions in ex-bourbon casks at 62% ABV. It offers a rich and oily palate with flavors of ripe apricot, mango, cocoa, treacle, sweet caramel, and anise.
