Admiral Rodney Officer's Release No. 2 is a limited edition 45% ABV rum from St. Lucia, initially aged in ex-bourbon casks then finished nine months in Irish whiskey casks for added peaty and earthy complexity. Intense nose of honeyed raisin and candied fruits with a palate of sweet tropical fruits, spicy vanilla-tobacco intensity, and subtle peaty earthiness.
